The polystar® sterile film continuous sealing machine 850 DSM is a high-grade piece of equipment for the speedy and continuous sealing in particular of TYVEK® sterilisation bags in all sizes. After being inserted onto the height-adjustable guide tracks, the bags are automatically transported by two teflon bands to the sealing and cooling zone. The actual sealing process is controlled by a microprocessor-tuned temperature gauge. Two indicators (yellow and green) show whether the preselected sealing temperature has been reached.
